1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how YogiScreen collects, uses, stores, and protects information when studios, instructors, team members, students, and website visitors use our platform.

YogiScreen is operated by Deno & Peno Studio LLC. Tenant websites powered by YogiScreen may also have their own studio-specific policies, terms, or content notices.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login details, studio information, team roles, communication preferences, and support messages.

For studios, we may process website settings, branding, content metadata, subscription configuration, analytics, member information, and operational data needed to run the platform.

For students and members, we may process profile information, authentication data, subscription status, content access, watch activity, favorites, progress, and other interactions with a tenant website.

3. Payment and billing data

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment providers may process billing details, transaction records, subscription status, invoices, and fraud prevention data.

We use billing and subscription information to provide access, manage plan limits, reconcile payments, and support studios and students.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, host studio content, operate tenant websites, process subscriptions, provide support, improve product quality, monitor performance, and communicate important account or service updates.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform usage, improve features, and make better product decisions without identifying individual users.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance, and support core platform functionality.

Some third-party services used for payments, analytics, hosting, or security may also use their own technologies according to their policies.

6. Service providers

We may work with trusted providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email, analytics, file storage, video delivery, monitoring, and customer support.

These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to us and help us operate YogiScreen.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No internet service is perfectly secure. Studios and users should keep passwords private, use strong credentials, and limit team access to people who need it.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, support business records, and enforce agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or archive it according to operational, legal, and technical requirements.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain personal information. You may also be able to update account details directly in the platform.

Students should contact the studio operating their tenant website for studio-specific account or membership questions. Platform privacy requests can be sent to us directly.

10. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or security concerns, contact us through the contact page or email denoyogaplatform@gmail.com.
