These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of YogiScreen, including the website, studio dashboard, tenant websites, content tools, billing features, and related services.

By creating an account, subscribing, accessing a studio portal, or otherwise using YogiScreen, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a studio, company, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

YogiScreen is a software platform for yoga teachers, studios, and wellness creators. The service helps studios publish a branded website, host video libraries, organize collections and yoga-native resources, manage students, accept recurring payments, and understand performance through analytics.

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features over time as the platform evolves. We aim to keep changes thoughtful, reliable, and aligned with the needs of yoga businesses.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that anyone invited to your team uses the platform appropriately.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use YogiScreen in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Studios and instructors remain responsible for the videos, text, images, pricing, policies, and other materials they upload or publish through their tenant website.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your uploaded content. You also understand that yoga, movement, breathing, and wellness content may involve physical activity, and each studio is responsible for communicating appropriate health and safety guidance to its students.

Paid platform plans, tenant subscription billing, student subscriptions, and related payment flows may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment provider terms may apply in addition to these terms.

Plan limits, pricing, features, support levels, and billing cycles may vary by plan. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are due according to the selected plan and payment schedule.

We work to provide a reliable service, but no online platform can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or security events may affect availability from time to time.

Support may vary by plan. We may prioritize issues based on severity, business impact, and the information available to reproduce or diagnose the issue.

YogiScreen, including its software, interface, brand, structure, workflows, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Deno & Peno Studio LLC.

You retain ownership of the studio content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, deliver, and operate that content as part of the service.

You may stop using the service or cancel according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails to pay required fees, or uses the service unlawfully.

After cancellation or termination, access to certain platform features, tenant websites, hosted content, or data exports may be limited according to the plan, technical requirements, and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogiScreen and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

The service is provided for business and educational platform purposes. Studios remain responsible for their teaching, content, health guidance, pricing, student relationships, and legal compliance.
